Stallholders
Are you clearing out your wardrobe and want to make some extra cash? Do you have ex-rentals, thrifted or preloved clothing (women's, men's, kid's/babies clothing all accepted) and fashion and beauty items that you would like to sell in-person?
Stallholder infomation
The purpose of this market is to encourage you to declutter your wardrobes! Our stalls are for anyone who has clothing and fashion items and wants a space to sell their items in-person. You price your own items and keep what you earn.
We accept stallholders that sell preloved clothing, footwear, handbags, jewellery, accessories and makeup/beauty items, or a combination of these items. We also accept stallholders selling menswear, kidswear and babies clothing.
We also accept stallholders that sell handmade items and craft items.
All preloved items should be in good, clean condition. If it is something that you would be happy to sell to a friend, then it's perfect for the market.

Tips for market day
✨ Prepare your items in advance of market day, including ensuring your items are clean and ready to wear and labelled with prices.
✨ Think about how you present your stall, make sure your stall is attractive and your items are easy to access. Clothing items are easier to browse on hangers.
✨ Have clear signage. A lot of people like to browse and to see how much things are for themselves so they don’t have to ask.
✨ Pack your car the night before and don’t forget to include your float, snacks/lunch and a water bottle.
✨ Use social media to promote your stall. Contact us if you would like to feature on our social media.
✨ Encourage your friends and family to come along!
Promoting your stall
We would love to feature you on our social media in the lead up to markets. If you're interested and have booked a stall, please get in touch with us. Send us some photos and a brief description of the items you're selling and we will do the rest! You don't have to have a social media account for us to do this.
Stallholder FAQs
What do I need to bring?
Just bring the items you want to sell! Don't forget clothes hangers, clothing rack/s and mirrors. You may like to bring signs (sizes and prices) and anything else you want to display your items in, such as containers or baskets.
What items are appropriate to sell?
Womenswear, menswear and kidswear, jewellery, accessories, make-up/beauty. All preloved items should be in good, clean condition. If it's something that you would be happy to gift to a friend, then it's perfect for the market.
How many items can I bring to sell?
This is totally up to you, as long as the items all fit in your 3m x 2m stall space, and on either one table and one clothing rack, OR on two clothing racks. Try not to squeeze too much onto your tables/clothing racks at once. It's much easier to browse when there are fewer items - you can always re-stock if needed.
How should I price my items to sell?
This is also totally up to you! We would recommend pricing and labelling your items in advance, or prepare to be open to negotiate on prices.
How do I take payments?
Most stallholders will accept cash and/or bank transfers. Organise a cash float – think about what you will charge and adjust your float accordingly.
If you are accepting bank transfers, we recommend you print or write out a copy of your bank account number and have it handy on market day.
Are fitting rooms available?
Yes, we provide a change area, using pop up change tents. You can decide if you want to allow try ons or not. Feel free to ask to hold someone's drivers license for security, while they're trying on your items.
